Treasure!
Today I came home from a day out cleaning my son's school (it's a co-op, and I have to do it :-P) and I was presented with a treasure map! I was led on a treasure hunt through the house and upstairs (with the excited children leading the way) to the big lump on my bed. It was real treasure! I am writing you this blog entry on my brand new MacBook! Yes, I'm making the jump from PC to Mac. There's a lot more setting up to do and a wireless router to buy, but I'm looking forward to being able to blog from all over the house! I'm also hoping to do a lot more with photos and videos and setting up a web site.

Wow! That's a pretty good treasure. I've thought of getting a Mac laptop of some sort, but John isn't ready to go to the darkside yet. grin

Woo Hoo! how cool is that! Congrats - sometimes I miss the Mac world. So many things are so much more intuitive.
I'm interested because the resource and design lab on campus is all mac based. I used to have a mac (and would joke that windows was a pc trying to look like a mac)..anyway congrats! I love the wireless thing also...we actually made our desktops wireless...it sounded silly at first but it has cut down on the cord tangle.
wowie zowie! Cool treasure.
I want a new Mac laptop, but it's going to have to wait for a while.
